HOA inspections will be checking up on required compliance for yards, fences, painting, roofs, parking, waste containers and etc. Please do your part in keeping our community at its best.

Landscape and small trailers are not allowed to be kept stored or parked in your driveway. Trailers being used and attached to a vehicle can be allowed for a period of 3 days, if notification has been provided to our management company 24 hours in advance of its use.
Waste cans must be removed from the curb within 24 hours of pickup and stored inside your garage, behind your side fence or behind the home out of view. (Behind your shrubs, partial fencing panels, behind fence with your gate open or along the side of the home are NOT within compliance.
Parking is allowed on the street during the day, all vehicles must be parked in your driveway overnight.....(guests included, unless notice has been given to HOA management company; stating vehicle make, license # and duration of stay for vehicle approval, before any allowed overnight parking in the street.
Staining of fences need ACC approval. This will be a focal point of enforcement this year. If you have not provided the ACC application request for approval (including previously stained or painted fences not receiving ACC approval before application of material) you will recieve notice to pressure wash fence to remove stain/paint. Or you can elect to replace wood boards, etc. to meet approval. Submit your ACC application request ASAP to get ahead of any potential issue.
Positive Community Relationships; The key? Communication. It's often the best way to prevent and resolve conflict before it reaches the legal system. You don't have to be friends or spend time together to achieve a peaceful coexistence, but you should try to be a good neighbor and follow these tips.
